Project Haiyanda (PH) envisions developing Tacloban City into a model City for climate proofing (CCA) by redesigning systems around climate change defenses and emergency response. It envisage to rebuild the resiliency of our life support system (land, air and water) thru a concerted efforts of Yolanda survivors towards HEALING Tacloban City and make it SAFE against super storms and other threats of climate change
